Alfonso Font
Biography
Alfonso Font is a Spanish comic artist from Barcelona who began his career in the 1960s at Editorial Bruguera, drawing western, war, and horror stories largely for foreign markets. In the 1970s he worked for Fleetway on war series including Black Max and for Warren and Skywald in the US, then moved to Paris to create Les Robinsons de la terre for Pif gadget. He is best known for the anthology Historias negras and Cuentos de un futuro imperfecto, and received the Yellow Kid award in 1996.
