Rebellion

British publisher and video game studio that has owned the weekly anthology 2000 AD and Judge Dredd Megazine since 2000. The acquisition made Rebellion the longest-tenured publisher in 2000 AD's history. Its catalog includes original 2000 AD strips, collected editions of work by writers such as Pat Mills, John Wagner, Alan Grant, and Garth Ennis, and reissues of classic British comics including Roy of the Rovers, Misty, Battle, and Action. The company also operates the Treasury of British Comics imprint and develops film and television projects from its library at a studio in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
