A division of the Topps Company that published comics from 1993 to 1998, launched during a short industry boom. It specialized in licensed movie and television tie-ins such as The X-Files, Bram Stoker's Dracula and Jurassic Park, plus Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and several Jack Kirby concepts.
