In this continuity, Peter becomes Spider-Man later in life as a married father of two. Tony Stark reveals that Peter was always meant to be Spider-Man, but the Maker interfered and stole that destiny.
The series features alternate takes on classic characters, including Harry Osborn as a heroic Green Goblin and a still-living Uncle Ben. It launched the new Ultimate Universe line in January 2024 and wraps with issue #24.
