Ascension (1997)
Created by David Finch and Matt Banning for Top Cow, this title imagines the Chernobyl disaster tearing a rift between worlds. Through it pass two warring races of winged, supernatural beings caught in a thousand-year conflict. Andromeda and Lucien, born of clashing bloodlines, are pulled into the fight as the sorcerer Voivodul reaches for godlike power.
