Description

A 1991 Hellblazer storyline (#41-46) by Garth Ennis and Will Simpson under DC's Vertigo imprint. The arc marks the beginning of Ennis's run on the series.

John Constantine discovers he has terminal lung cancer. In a desperate bid to save his life, Constantine concocts a plan that involves tricking the Lords of Hell into curing him. The story influenced subsequent portrayals of Constantine in comics and adaptations.
