The first Kangaroo grew up in Sydney studying the animals and trained himself to jump the way they do. Stan Lee and John Buscema brought Frank Oliver to New York in 1970, where a boxing career ended badly and a criminal one began. The surgeon Jonas Harrow later gave him air jet leg implants.
