Created in 1949 by Alfred Harvey and Vic Herman for Harvey Comics, Little Dot is a young girl obsessed with polka dots and circular shapes, dressed in red covered with black spots. Her best friend is Little Lotta. She received her own title in September 1953 and helped introduce Richie Rich.
