Reggie Van Dough is the snobbish, wealthy cousin and recurring antagonist of Richie Rich in Harvey Comics. Resentful of his cousin's good nature and the affection others show him, Reggie devises pranks and schemes aimed at embarrassing Richie and his friends. Despite sharing Richie's access to great wealth, he uses it for spite rather than generosity, setting the two apart in character if not in social standing.
