Pinky is Pinky Butler, the junior sidekick of Fawcett Comics hero Mr. Scarlet, introduced in Wow Comics. The adopted son of attorney Brian Butler, who moonlights as Mr. Scarlet, he wears his own scarlet costume. In later DC stories he grows up to take over the Mr. Scarlet identity.
