Peter Porkchops was a steelworker in Piggsburgh until meteor fragments knocked him into molten metal and left him with a body of living iron. As Pig-Iron he is the heavy hitter of Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew. Roy Thomas and Scott Shaw reworked the 1940s humor character in 1982.
