Description

Maria Callasantos is a Marvel Comics mutant whose feline mutation gives her enhanced speed, agility, and reflexes alongside sharp claws, fangs, and a prehensile tail. After fleeing an abusive home, she joined the Morlocks beneath New York City and took the name Feral. She became a founding member of X-Force and later operated with the Mutant Liberation Front and the New Hellions. Created by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza, she first appeared in New Mutants #99 in 1991.
