Looter

Norton G. Fester is a criminal known as the Looter who gains superhuman abilities after exposure to gases from a meteorite. His powers include enhanced strength and the ability to increase his size using microwave energy technology he develops. He uses his abilities primarily for theft, targeting banks and armored trucks, and has clashed multiple times with Spider-Man while attempting to maintain and augment his meteor-derived powers.
