Description
Heat Wave is a DC supervillain and longtime foe of the Flash, defined by a genuine obsession with fire. Born Mick Rory near Central City, his pyromania drove him to a life of crime armed with a custom handheld flamethrower capable of melting steel and a heat-resistant suit. He is a core member of the Rogues, the loose band of Central City criminals, where his fiery temperament makes him a natural opposite to the cold-themed Captain Cold. He first appeared in The Flash #140.
