Karin Grace was a founding member of the original Suicide Squad, the Cold War adventuring team also known as Task Force X. A former wartime nurse who went on to specialize in flight and space medicine, she served as the squad's combat medic and shared a long, difficult romance with team leader Rick Flag. She first appeared in The Brave and the Bold #25 (1959).
