Seer Ruggle

From the planet Rorc, in Space Sector 2700. Seven planet-destroying blink-bombs have been detonated across the universe in the last century. Six of those were designed and built by Seer Ruggle. The bomb mistress of Rorc has been contacted by several mercenary and terrorist organizations over the years, but she is highly selective about which groups she will sell to. Seer most recently became a member of the Sinestro Corps.
