Chief Wiggum
Clancy Wiggum68 series436 issues
Clancy Wiggum heads the Springfield Police Department in The Simpsons, a job he does badly. He is lazy, easily distracted by doughnuts and more likely to ignore a crime than solve it. Matt Groening took the name from his mother's maiden name, and the pig-like design is a pun on it.
