Description

Marge Simpson is the patient, blue-bouffant-haired matriarch of the Simpson family in Matt Groening's animated television series The Simpsons, which premiered on December 17, 1989. Known for her long-suffering tolerance of Homer's antics and her genuine devotion to her children and community, she functions as the moral center of the family. She appeared in Bongo Comics' Simpsons Comics series beginning in 1993 and in numerous related publications through the imprint's run.
