This one is a banger, and I'm so glad DC extended Absolute Green Arrow to 12 issues. Dinah and the Green Arrow Killer end up at the mercy of Hector Hammond, and this version of Hammond is a seriously disturbing villain. Pichetshote finally answers the big question of who is under the hood, and it hit way harder than I expected. The action barely lets up, and Albuquerque goes all in on the horror. Then the last page flips everything around again, and now I have a whole new mystery to chew on. Easy 4.5 stars from me.
