Masakazu Ishiguro is a Japanese manga artist born in 1977. His one-shot Hero won the Afternoon Shiki Award in 2000, launching his career. He is best known for And Yet the Town Moves, serialized in Young King OURs from 2005 to 2016, which won the Seiun Award for Best Comic and received an anime adaptation. His series Heavenly Delusion, launched in 2018, has also been adapted as an anime.
