Sergio Aragónés is a Spanish-Mexican-American cartoonist known for his work in Mad magazine and for co-creating Groo the Wanderer with Mark Evanier. He has contributed his signature marginal cartoons to Mad since 1963 and is considered one of the most prolific cartoonists in comics history. Aragónés has received the Reuben Award, multiple Eisner Awards, and National Cartoonists Society Awards recognizing his contributions to the medium.
