American comic book artist born in 1969, best known for co-creating Jessica Jones with writer Brian Michael Bendis in Marvel MAX's Alias (2001). Gaydos designed the character and rendered the series in a moody, painterly noir style, later returning to draw Bendis's ongoing Jessica Jones series for Marvel.
