Bob Powell was an American comics artist born Stanley Robert Pawlowski in 1916. Working through the Eisner & Iger studio during the Golden Age, he drew early Sheena stories in Jumbo Comics and the Mr. Mystic backup in Will Eisner's Spirit Section. He later contributed to Timely, Harvey, and Quality Comics during the 1940s and 1950s, penciled the Mars Attacks trading card series in 1962, and served as art director for Sick magazine until his death in 1967.
