Kenji Hamaoka is a Japanese manga artist born in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture. He is best known as the creator of the long-running comedy series Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku and its sequel Ganso! Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku, known in English as Super Radical Gag Family. Published in Weekly Shonen Sunday, his work is characterized by dense pop-culture parody and absurdist humor.
