Sana Amanat
Biography
Sana Amanat is an American comic book editor who built her career at Marvel Comics as Director of Content and Character Development. She is best known as a co-creator of Kamala Khan, the Pakistani-American teenager who debuted as the size-shifting Ms. Marvel in 2014, marking the first Marvel series led by a Muslim superhero. Amanat has also worked on Captain Marvel, Hawkeye, and Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man, and later moved into production and development at Marvel Studios.
