Biography

Nate Piekos is an American letterer, typographer, and type designer born in 1975. He founded Blambot in 1999 after graduating from Rhode Island College with a degree in graphic design, building it into a type foundry that has produced over 300 fonts used widely across the industry. Piekos has lettered titles for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image, and most major publishers. In 2021 he authored The Essential Guide to Comic Book Lettering.
