Description
The Vicious Circle has fractured. BrainiApe holds one faction, Overlord is swallowing another, and Powerhouse decides the cleanest way to thin the field is to aim Dragon at his rivals, now that Dragon has quit the S.O.S. and become a non-factor. Meanwhile Smasher looks at what Chicago has turned into and starts talking about going back to work, the rebuilt S.O.S. runs headlong into a super-freak called Turf, and inside a government facility a dying Simon Kane stops breathing while the warden tells the medical team not to bother.
