Black Smoke Rising, Part I

The conflict spreads as the New Gods join forces with the Justice League Unlimited. Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Miss Martian, Mr. Terrific, and other heroes stand alongside Mister Miracle, Big Barda, and Orion against the combined threats of Apokolips and the intergalactic inquisition. Desaad and Granny Goodness make their moves while the forces of Maxwell Lord continue to threaten young Kamal. The alliance between Earth's heroes and the gods of New Genesis faces its first true test.
