Writer Stephanie Phillips brings her sharp character work from Phoenix while artist Aaron Kuder delivers the kind of cosmic scale action that made his Daredevil run visually stunning.

The series balances palace intrigue with arena combat, throwing in unexpected doses of absurdist British comedy. Early issues reference Monty Python and the Holy Grail when Jennifer's claim to power gets questioned—because strange women lying in ponds distributing swords really isn't a proper basis for government, even on an alien world.
