Runaways (2025) is a five-issue Marvel limited series by writer Rainbow Rowell and artist Elena Casagrande, reuniting the creative team with the teenage team they revived in the late 2010s. The story finds Nico Minoru at a low point, having lost her girlfriend Karolina Dean, her friend Chase Stein, and her connection to the magic of the Staff of One. As the group drifts apart, Gert Yorkes pushes the remaining Runaways to hold together, but their reprogrammed Doombot draws the attention of Emperor Victor Von Doom, pulling the series into the One World Under Doom event and sending the team on the run once more. The roster includes Nico Minoru, Molly Hayes, Victor Mancha, Gert Yorkes, and the dinosaur Old Lace.
