Description

David Lapham returns to his crime saga with a long arc set in a falling-apart Baltimore underworld. Harry runs the rackets while enforcers Spanish Scott and Monster keep order. An insecure young man named Orson falls for a reckless woman named Beth, and together they hatch a wild scheme to rob Harry blind and settle a few scores.
