Description

A DC Rebirth storyline launching the Red Hood and the Outlaws series (2016) by Scott Lobdell with art by Dexter Soy. Jason Todd recruits Artemis, an Amazonian warrior, and Bizarro, an imperfect clone of Superman, to form a vigilante unit operating outside conventional hero boundaries.
