Troubleshooting Common Pull List Issues on VerseDB

Most pull list issues fall into a few buckets. Work through the relevant one below.

Series Missing from Your Pull List#

If you added a series but can't find it, check that:

  • You're logged into the right VerseDB account
  • The status filter isn't hiding it — switch to All to see Active, Paused, and Canceled
  • The add actually saved — look for the confirmation toast when you add a series

If it's still missing, remove and re-add the series from the series page.

No Weekly Email#

Pull list emails only go out when you have active series with upcoming releases that week — no releases means no email.

If you should be getting an email but aren't:

  1. Profile Settings → Notifications — confirm pull list email notifications are on
  2. On each series in your pull list, click Edit and confirm Notify on Release is toggled on
  3. Confirm your registered email address is correct
  4. Check your spam/junk folder and add the sender to your contacts

Skipped Issues Still Showing Up#

Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Some views have a "show skipped" toggle — make sure it's off. Switch to Weekly View to confirm the skip actually applied.

Can't Export Your Pull List#

Warning

CSV export is a PRO feature. Check your subscription status in profile settings.

If you're PRO and export is still failing, try a different browser, disable extensions, and clear cache.

Other Issues#

  • Weekly view won't load — hard-refresh, confirm the date range has releases, or switch to Grid view
  • Wrong upcoming issue count — only future releases count; skipped, paused, and canceled entries may not show
  • Can't change series status — refresh the page and check your connection
  • Personal notes not saving — check you're within the character limit, hit Save, and verify your connection
