If you're experiencing issues with your Pull List on VerseDB, this guide will help you identify and resolve common problems.

Series Not Appearing in Pull List

If you've added a series but can't find it:

**Check Your Account**: Make sure you're logged into the correct VerseDB account **Verify the Status Filter**: Your series might be filtered out - try selecting "All" in the status filter **Check if Series Was Added**: Look for a confirmation message when adding **Try Adding Again**: Remove and re-add the series to refresh

Not Receiving Weekly Email Notifications

If you enabled weekly emails but aren't receiving them:

Step 1: Check Global Email Settings

  1. Go to Profile Settings > Notifications
  2. Verify that Pull List email notifications are enabled

Step 2: Check Per-Series Settings

  1. Go to your Pull List
  2. Click Edit on a series
  3. Ensure Notify on Release is toggled ON

Step 3: Verify Email Address

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  2. Confirm your registered email is correct

Step 4: Check Spam/Junk Folder

Add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent filtering.

Step 5: Verify You Have Upcoming Issues

Note
Emails are only sent if you have active series with upcoming releases that week. No releases = no email.

Skipped Issues Still Appearing

If issues you've skipped are still showing up:

  • Refresh the Page - Clear your browser cache and reload
  • Check the Filter - Some views have an option to show skipped issues
  • Verify the Skip - Go to weekly view and confirm the skip status

Unable to Export Pull List

If you can't export your Pull List:

Warning

If you're a PRO subscriber and still having issues:

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere
  • Clear browser cache

If the issue count seems incorrect:

  • Check Release Dates - Only future releases are counted
  • Verify Skipped Issues - Skipped issues may not be counted in some views
  • Check Series Status - Paused or canceled series won't show new issues
  • Wait for Updates - Issue data refreshes as new releases are announced

  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try a different browser
