A medical doctor who earned the trust of his people by fighting an epidemic in the jungle before entering politics, he was educated at Oxford and was an Olympic boxing medalist. One of the few people who know the Phantom's true identity, he is a steadfast ally of the Walker family and a dignified defender of Bangalla's democracy.
