Binky Biggs is Bertram Biggs, the teenage lead of DC's Leave It to Binky, created by Sheldon Mayer in 1948. He is naive and permanently caught out by his own schemes, usually in front of his girlfriend Peggy Baxter. Bob Oksner drew the run for its first decade, and it lasted into the 1970s.
