Shadow-Thief

Shadow-Thief is the alias of Carl Sands, a criminal who gained the ability to transform into an intangible shadow. Using a device called the Dimensiometer, he can shift into a shadowy form that lets him move through solid objects and avoid physical harm. He wields ebony gloves that allow him to manipulate objects while intangible. His powers evolved to include creating weapons and portals from shadows, making him a persistent adversary in his universe.
