Description
Along with Mokkari, one of the diminutive proprietors of the Evil Factory. Simyan was genetically engineered by Dabney Donovan. In order to create an army of Batman clones Simyan and Mokkari used the Lump to infiltrate Batman's thoughts in order to gather information for the task.
