Deever Tweed, known as Tweedledee, is a heavyset criminal mastermind who relies on clever tactics rather than physical combat. He closely resembles his cousin Tweedledum, and together they use their likeness to confuse opponents while orchestrating schemes in Gotham City. Tweedledee often collaborates with the Mad Hatter to disrupt the city through calculated plans rather than direct confrontation.
