Description

Gary Washington was a police lieutenant and detective working for the New York City Police department. He was partnered with detective Lt. Harry Stein. Washington was one of the primary investigators in the murder of judge Alan Welles - a murder in which Welles' contemporary, Adrian Chase, had been implicated. Washington, along with Stein, later became agents for the organization known as Checkmate.
