Description
Professor Xeron is the chief scientist of Xebel, called "Dimension Aqua", formerly ruled by Queen Mera. Xeron's two greatest achievements are the the invention of a gateway linking Xebel to Earth, and a hand gun that temporarily suspends the Xebelian's native ability to control and manipulate water.
