Mrs. Plump is Little Lotta's mother in the Harvey Comics humor line, part of the Plump household alongside her husband Mr. Plump. She appears throughout Little Lotta, which ran from 1955 to 1976, and its spin-off Little Lotta Foodland, most often in the kitchen and most often worrying about the grocery bill. She also turns up across the wider Harvey stable, including the Richie Rich and Little Dot titles.
