Roger is a scheme-loving boy whose elaborate plans, recorded in his dodge books, are meant to get him out of chores. Originally drawn by Ken Reid, he first appeared in DC Thomson's The Beano on April 18, 1953, and his plots always go wrong, earning punishment from his father.
