Description

Jolly Jumper is the extraordinarily intelligent horse of the cowboy hero Lucky Luke in Belgian cartoonist Morris's long-running Western comic series, first appearing alongside Lucky Luke in the Almanach Spirou in December 1946. Known as the smartest horse in the West, he can speak and is frequently more erudite and sardonic than his rider. The series was written by René Goscinny from 1955 and has been published across albums by Dupuis, Dargaud, and Lucky Comics.
