Velocity, real name Carin Taylor, is a teenage super-speedster affiliated with the cybernetic team CyberForce. She is recognized by her striking red hair and a distinctive black bolt-shaped tattoo near her right eye. As a skilled runner, Velocity uses her enhanced speed in combat and missions alongside her team. She shares a familial connection with Ballistic, another member of CyberForce, who is her older sister.
