Evil Star

Evil Star is a male villain who wields a powerful device called the star band, granting him extended life and formidable abilities. The star band compels him toward malevolent actions while sustaining his unnatural longevity. He commands a group of nearly indestructible miniature clones known as Starlings, which assist him in his conflicts. Evil Star is a recurring adversary of the Green Lantern and has repeatedly clashed with the Guardians of the Universe, often escaping imprisonment to resume his schemes.
