Rudy Lapick

American inker born in the Bronx in 1926. He began as a staff inker at Timely Comics in the 1940s and became the longtime primary inker for artist Dan DeCarlo, working together at Timely and for decades at Archie Comics. His inking helped define the look of Archie's humor titles across multiple decades. He was nominated for a Shazam Award in 1974 for Best Inker (humor). He died in 2004.
