Ryan North

Canadian writer based in Toronto. Best known in comics for his Marvel run on The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl with artist Erica Henderson, which won the Eisner Award for Best Publication for Teens in 2017. Currently writes Fantastic Four for Marvel, earning an Eisner nomination for Best Continuing Series in 2025, and the company-wide event One World Under Doom. Other comics credits include Adventure Time at Boom! Studios and the long-running webcomic Dinosaur Comics, which he started in 2003. Holds a master's degree in computational linguistics from the University of Toronto.
