Biography
Hiroyuki Nishimori is a Japanese manga artist, born November 23, 1963, and raised in Chiba Prefecture. He won the Shogakukan Newcomer Artist Award and debuted in 1987. His early series Kyo Kara Ore Wa!! began serialization in Weekly Shonen Sunday in 1989. He is best known for Cheeky Angel, a comedy manga in Weekly Shonen Sunday from 1999 to 2003 that won the Shogakukan Manga Award in 2001. He has also worked as a novelist.
