Masaya Tokuhiro
Japanese manga artist born in 1959, known for Jungle King Tar-chan, a comedic manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1988 to 1995. One of the few major Jump creators of his era associated with gag manga rather than battle shonen, he mentored Eiichiro Oda during the early part of the One Piece creator's career.
