Shinji Hiramatsu
Japanese manga artist who debuted in Weekly Shōnen Jump in 1971. He is best known for Doberman Deka, a hardboiled action series written by Buronson and serialized from 1975 to 1979, and Black Angels, which began in 1981 and sold over 8 million copies.
